Christa was my main point of contact at this office and each time I talked to her regarding issues with my policy, she gave me a different answer. She led me to believe we had coverage, when in fact we hadn't had it for 30 days. She neglected certain duties such as asking certain required questions about my husband when we got married. It was a six month journey with thousands of dollars paid and numerous frustrating phone calls back and forth with no effort to ameliorate the situation. After over ten years, I'm switching companies. However, now that I'm trying to switch companies, it makes it even harder due to Christa's dire mistake. Disappointed to say the least."
