"I share the concerns expressed in other recent reviews. This has been one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had as a State Farm customer in my 19 years with the company. While Heather is listed as the agent, nearly all of my interactions were with Trish, whose communication was consistently abrupt and unhelpful. When I reached out for basic clarification about my policy, I was met with little assistance and often no clear answers. What was most frustrating was the lack of transparency and guidance. When I asked simple questions about my coverage, I was told to review my policy myself, yet it wasn’t available online and the only option offered was to have a hard copy mailed. I would expect that the office representing my account could explain basic coverage details, but that proved nearly impossible. Because of this experience, I ultimately requested a change of agent and even considered leaving State Farm altogether. I want to be clear that my frustration is with this particular office, not the company overall. For anyone considering this office, I would encourage you to look at other options. Customer service, communication, and basic support have been lacking and that’s without having to navigate an actual claim or emergency."

"I have been an avid State Farm customer for over a decade. When I switched to this particular agent's office I was extremely dissatisfied with the service. Christa was my main point of contact at this office and each time I talked to her regarding issues with my policy, she gave me a different answer. She led me to believe we had coverage, when in fact we hadn't had it for 30 days. She neglected certain duties such as asking certain required questions about my husband when we got married. It was a six month journey with thousands of dollars paid and numerous frustrating phone calls back and forth with no effort to ameliorate the situation. After over ten years, I'm switching companies. However, now that I'm trying to switch companies, it makes it even harder due to Christa's dire mistake. Disappointed to say the least."
